Refund policy

Because all Good-ish Dog products are created uniquely for each order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, dislike of color).

However, we ALWAYS take care of issues caused by manufacturing or shipping problems.

✔ We will replace your item at no cost if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your order arrives incorrect
  • The print is flawed
  • You receive the wrong size due to manufacturer error
  • Your product was misprinted or mis-manufactured

❌ We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Customer preference changes
  • Wear & tea
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect address issues

To report a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
We will take care of you ASAP.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued when a replacement cannot be provided.
Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
